    At Vosoli, we are a passionate team dedicated to empowering Teams and Athletes worldwide. As a direct-from-factory destination, we leverage innovative production processes and state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee the highest-quality print & embroidery on every piece of fully customizable gear we build.

    We strive for perfection in every custom jersey and uniform. However, we know errors can rarely occur.In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free after sales experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll help you solve the problem.

    If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
    If for any reason we try and are unable to print or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
    You choose Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your postage when you return or exchange(except for items shipped).

     

    Order Cancellations


    Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your initial purchase. We understand that plans can change for schools and clubs.

    Prior to Production: If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason. We will retrieve the order back if it has not been put into production.

    During Production: Please note that once your order is submitted, we immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

    All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtracting shipping fees and customization fees (except in the case of an incorrect shipment from our factory).

    All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds — including blank items produced on demand.

    All blank products that have been processed, customized, or otherwise modified for resale are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy applies to any item altered from its original condition. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing products intended for modification and resale.

    If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence for a resolution (remake/replacement/partial refund/full refund or store credit). After 15 days from receipt, the order is permanently closed and no further claims, refunds, or adjustments will be accepted.

    This is a custom product not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer.
