At Vosoli, we take pride in crafting top-tier custom products, including custom apparel, jerseys, hats, backpacks, and sports gear. We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a clear and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Within 48 Hours: Spotted a mistake or need to cancel? Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will update or cancel it before production starts—completely free of charge.
• After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed, production is underway. For small orders (1–2 items), we can remake them for you free of charge upon request. For larger orders, please contact our support team to discuss available solutions.

2. Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly compared to your confirmed design, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos or video proof. We will issue a replacement or a full/partial refund processed within 2 business days.

3. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn, and original condition.

4. Return Process & Shipping Fees

• How to Return: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@vosoli.com to receive return instructions and authorization. All returns must be sent back by mail.
• Return Shipping Costs: For non-defective general returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days.

6. Disclaimer & Exceptions

• Returns or refund requests are not accepted after 30 days of receipt.
• Custom products engineered by Vosoli are independently designed and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports brands or leagues.
• Blank or customized items modified by third parties for resale purposes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Vosoli reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page.
