Vosoli Custom Varsity Baseball Jacket — Green & White Two-Tone Team Outerwear
Two distinct decoration options in one jacket. Choose budget-friendly sublimated print for one-time events, or premium stitched for a full season of durability. Fully customizable with team name, player names, numbers, and sleeve text — built to read sharp on the field and off.
Why Teams Choose Vosoli
Coaches and team managers keep coming back for reliable quality, consistent color matching, dependable production timelines, and durable decoration options that won't crack, fade, or peel.
Two Ways to Wear It — Green Body, White Sleeves
The Vosoli varsity baseball jacket gives your team a classic, clean look. The body features a solid green base with contrasting crisp white raglan sleeves. The ribbed striped collar, cuffs, and hem in green and tan trim keep the fit secure and the look cohesive. A sturdy silver snap-button front closure and deep side pockets make it practical for daily wear.
Green and white is the colorway of programs that want to look sharp and grounded — it's a clean, high-contrast pairing that reads perfectly on the field and works well for high school varsity, travel baseball, and adult rec leagues. It fits high school programs in Texas, California, and Florida, growing travel teams across Georgia and North Carolina, established rec and church leagues in Ohio and Illinois, and community programs throughout Tennessee and Arizona. If your program wants a jacket that looks classic, fresh, and memorable, this colorway fits.
Built for Real Baseball, Not Just Looking Good
Fully Customizable — Team Name, Player Names, Numbers, Logo
Every Vosoli varsity jacket can be personalized:
You can upload your logo as a PNG or vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG). Our design team reviews every upload and will flag low-resolution images before production starts — so nothing goes to print until it's right.
Sizing for Every Roster
Available from Youth XS through Adult 7XL, including women's cut and big & tall options. You can mix youth and adult sizes in a single team order at no extra charge — ideal for clubs with players of all ages.
→ Please refer to the size chart in the main image — measure every player before ordering. Custom jackets are non-returnable, so getting sizes right matters.
Who This Jacket Is For
If your league has specific uniform rules — number size, color contrast, logo placement — check your league handbook before finalizing your design. Most standard youth, middle school, high school, travel, and rec league rules accept this layout.
Buying Guide & FAQ
How common are bulk discounts on adult rec baseball jackets?
While bulk discounts are common with other vendors, at Vosoli, our base prices are already highly competitive for any team size. Our Sublimated Print is around $50 and Stitched is around $65, with no minimum order requirements, meaning you get great value whether you buy one jacket or a hundred.
What should I check before buying custom adult rec baseball jackets?
Check the size chart to ensure a proper fit, and carefully review the digital proof before production. Since we offer mixed youth and adult sizes without extra fees, you can easily outfit the whole team. Remember, custom jackets are non-returnable, so accuracy is key.
Is a stitched baseball jacket higher quality than a printed one?
Both are high-quality, but they offer different benefits. Our Stitched option at around $65 provides a traditional 3D texture that is highly durable and premium, making it great for keepsakes. Our Sublimated Print at around $50 is also highly durable and offers vibrant, full-color graphics that won't crack or peel.
Are sublimated youth baseball jackets durable enough for a full season?
Yes, our Sublimated Print jackets (around $50) are highly durable and built to last a full youth season. The sublimation process dyes the fabric, meaning the graphics won't crack, fade, or peel even after repeated washing. It is a reliable, cost-effective choice for growing teams.
As a parent volunteer, how should I evaluate baseball jacket options for a youth group?
Focus on sizing flexibility, cost, and the vendor's proofing process. Look for a vendor like Vosoli that allows mixed youth and adult sizes without extra fees. Choose Sublimated Print (around $50) to keep costs low for parents, and always insist on a digital proof before production.
What should I check before buying custom youth baseball jackets?
Before buying, carefully review the size chart, confirm the decoration method (Sublimated Print vs. Stitched), and approve the digital proof. Since custom jackets are non-returnable, measuring every player is crucial. Vosoli provides a proof-before-production process to ensure the logos and names are exactly right.
How do I know if a custom baseball jacket company is legit?
Look for companies that offer no minimums, provide digital proofs, and have transparent pricing. Vosoli is a legitimate supplier because we prioritize your approval before production—we won't print anything until you are 100% satisfied with the design mockup. We also offer a full range of sizes and both print and stitch options.
Which is better for a youth team — stitched or printed?
For a youth team, Printed (Sublimated Print) at around $50 is often the better practical choice. It is cost-effective, highly durable, and easily replaceable as kids grow. If the jacket is meant to be a long-term varsity keepsake, Stitched at around $65 provides a premium, traditional upgrade.

Gifted one to each of my two nephews, different sizes because one's a teen and the other's still growing. Both names came back spelled right on the first pass.
