Neighbors asked about it over the fence, and I sent them the Vosoli link. Wore it to a backyard cookout last weekend without overheating.
Our championship run last fall ended with a banquet, and we got jackets to mark it. The shop stitched the tournament name across the upper back and put the year on the lower right. Every single player wore theirs up to accept the trophy, and a few parents bought extra for themselves.
We took eighteen jackets for the boys and confirmed every name and number before production. The stitched lettering was all correct on arrival. They came before senior night. We handed them out at the last home game with photos. A couple kids got emotional. The coaches kept one each. It meant a lot to the seniors.
The 12U squad aged up to 13U and we ordered fresh Vosoli jackets to mark the jump. Names and numbers re-done, sizes re-measured because the boys grew over the winter. The coach wore his to the first practice and the kids yelled about how official it felt.
Ordered this for my kid who's between sizes and growing an inch a month. Went one up, sleeves run long for now, which is the plan. He rolls them this fall.
Honestly I was just looking for a cheap layering piece and got something better from Vosoli. The wool blend feels substantial and the ribbed cuffs hold tight. I got the two-tone black and gray, which goes with most of my closet. It's not the heaviest jacket, but for fall it does the job.
Popped the snaps open to let the breeze in during late innings. They hold firm when moving but release easy one-handed. Three months in and the placket still looks neat.
Our team surprised the coach with one marked with his bench years. He wore it to the next practice over his polo. Parents chipped in, kids signed the liner.
