We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a clear and customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy. 1. Order Changes & Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Spotted a mistake or need to cancel? Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will update or cancel it before production starts—completely free of charge. After 48 Hours: Once 48 hours have passed, production is underway. For small orders (1–2 items), we can remake them for you free of charge upon request. For larger orders, please contact our support team to discuss available solutions. 2. Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects If your product arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly compared to your confirmed design, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos or video proof. We will issue a replacement or a full/partial refund processed within 2 business days . 3. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unworn, and original condition. 4.
